Makitron was founded on October 20, 1993, in São Paulo. It was an inspiration brought from Japan by Mr. João Ichikawa and Mr. Nakamoto through two Tanac winding machines, which came from Narita Airport to a small hall on Rio Verde Street,  a neighborhood of São Paulo.

Seeking new markets, Makitron moved to the town of Cabreuva in 1998 to provide coils for companies working with automakers.

With the global economy and the increasingly competitive market, the way to ensure the preference of our customers was the ISO 9001: 2000 certificate by Vanzolini in 2004, and its update in 2009 to ISO 9001: 2008.

Currently, the company is responsible for providing coils for car speakers, and for producing coils that are used in championships and professional sound systems. It´s a quality benchmark in this market segment of electronic components.
